Who should be reported about any illegal act/misconduct/misuse/abuse of powers by the Sarpanch or Up-Sarpanch ?
Answer & Explanation:
In case of any illegal act or misconduct or misuse or abuse of powers, any infringement of the legal provisions by the Sarpanch or Up-Sarpanch, the Secretary of a Gram Panchayat shall report the same to the Block Development Officer, as soon as it comes to his knowledge.
