Write notes on the following: Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is the name of a popular wireless networking technology that uses radio waves to provide wireless highspeed Internet and network connections. It is a trademarked term meaning IEEE 802.11x and is defined as any "wireless local area network (WLAN) products that are based on the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers' (IEEE) 802.11 standards". A wireless network uses radio waves, just like cell phones, televisions and radios do and enable users to get access to internet anywhere in the given location.
