Up to which date for the quarter from July to September 2024, ABC Ltd. shall file with the recognized stock exchange, a statement giving the Investors Complaint Statement as per Regulation 13(3) ?

Quarterly statement regarding Investors Complaint as per Regulation 13(3) shall be filed up to the stock exchange within 21 days from end of each quarter as per the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) [SEBI (LODR)] Regulations, 2015. Hence, in the given case the Quarterly statement regarding Investors Complaint Statement for the quarter July to September, 2024 as per Regulation 13(3) shall be filed up to 21st October, 2024 to the stock exchange [i.e. within 21 days from end of quarter as per SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015]. (However, the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2024 vide Notification dated December 12, 2024 read with SEBI circular dated SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, has altered the timelines.)
