IN THE MATTER OF ARBITRATION Between Rim Industries Limited - Claimant And Sanju Products Private Limited - Respondent ARBITRAL AWARD The dispute between the parties arose out of the contract dated ________ relating to supply and installation of machinery. The claimant contended that the respondent failed to pay the balance contract amount despite completion of contractual obligations. After examining the pleadings, documents and submissions of both parties, the undersigned arbitrator finds that the respondent is liable to pay the outstanding amount to the claimant. Award The Claimant, Rim Industries Limited, has successfully established that it duly performed its contractual obligations relating to the supply and installation of machinery under the Agreement entered into with the Respondent, Sanju Products Private Limited. The respondent Sanju Products Private Limited is hereby directed to pay to the claimant Rim Industries Limited the sum of ₹ ________ together with interest at __% per annum from the date of claim till realization.
