Compliance Programme The objective of compliance programme is to manage the compliance risk effectively, to promote ethical culture in the organisation, resulting in the maintenance and enhancement of the reputation of the Company. Through an effective Compliance Programme, the business and its stakeholders learn about the compliance responsibilities individually and for the organisation as a whole, making them a part of business processes; the compliance programme reviews operations to ensure responsibilities are carried out and requirements are met. It helps the management to take corrective action wherever necessary.
