Sarath Enterprises Ltd. should make an application to registrar of companies, Chennai under section 455 of the companies Act, 2013 in form MSC-4 accompanied by a return in Form MSC-3 for the current financial year for obtaining the status of "Active Company" in the same financial year. On receipt of application, the registrar if satisfied with the information furnished in the application, and in the return in MSC-3 will issue a certificate in form MSC-5 allowing the status of an active company to the applicant. On receipt of this certificate, the company can restore its business duly complying with all the requirements of law applicable to an active company.
