Answer 3A(i) The only way to prove that a resolution was passed at the Board Meeting of the company is that the Minutes Book in which the particular Resolution was recorded should be produced before the Court, as that alone can form evidence of the fact that the Resolution was passed in the Board Meeting - Escorts Ltd. v.
