Yes, there are registration fees to be paid by the applicant for Debenture Trustee, for both initial and permanent registration. The fee structure is as follows: Type Fees prescribed in Debenture Trustee Regulations Tenure (years) Initial Registration (at the time of grant of certificate of registration) ₹20,00,000/- 5 Continuing fees ₹9,00,000/- After completion of initial period of 5 years, for every three years.
