SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 says that Trading window shall be closed from end of every Quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results. (ii) Trading window will be closed from 30 th September, 2023 to 22 nd October, 2023 as the results were declared on 20 th October, 2023.
